Getting started is easy and safe.  Every student starts with a gentle, private lesson, followed by a month of free, safe, non-contact classes.  Adult students start in a special beginners class that lets them get into shape as they learn the basics of our arts with other students who are new to the academy.

Finally, every student receives a free uniform with their membership.
