Technique Sequence
#9: Prepare - Start with right leg back:
1. Front Kick, then Spinning Back Kick - Front Kick
& set down in back and Spinning Back Kick
& set down in front;
2. Inside Open Hand Block in Horse Stance;
3. High Punch with back hand in Front Stance; and
4. Palm Strike downward to the chin - Circle down
left punching arm while other right arm circles
up and then comes down to strike the chin
#10 Same as for #9 only using opposite hand & feet

Technique Sequence
#1: Prepare - straighten right arm, lift up right foot
1. Angle step forward with your right foot,
and to the right into horse stance,
push (weight) grabbed arm down
2. Circle right arm clockwise & grab their arm;
3. Left palm under their elbow & angle
step to right, into horse stance;
4. Rotate into raised Front Stance, & raise
left elbow up; drop into modified front
stance & elbow strike to their back
#2: Prepare - step back with left foot, lower body
and reach through & grab your right hand
1. Push right hip forward & upward to push elbow
forward & upward to escape
2. Front kick to groin
3. Shuffle stance
4. Back hand Middle Punch
#3: Prepare - straighten right arm, lift up right foot
1. Angle step forward with your right foot,
and to the right into horse stance,
push (weight) grabbed arm down
& grab their right hand w/ your left;
2. Right leg steps around to the rear under your
arms, then turn and face them;
3. Get submission by rotating their hand, keeping
their fingers pointing down and their hand
at least as high as their shoulders;
4. Back hand Middle Punch

Technique Sequence - Brief Description
LEFT SIDE: 1) Simultaneous Inside/High Block
in Back Stance - Back Stance to your left
and Inside Block w/ your front left arm while
doing High Block with your rear right arm;
2a) Uppercut in place - Rear hand drops to rear
hip palm down; front arm around neck while
back hand does uppercut;
2b) Side Punch in horse stance - pull arm
around neck back, lift up your front left foot,
and left hand Side Punch (in horse stance);

to the rear - left foot steps to apex of triangle;
right foot interm. for Side Kick with right
arm across centre; Side Kick with Hammer
Fist to rear and recover hand & foot;
1b) Middle Open Hand Bock to front middle
- hands to rear left side, set foot down in
back & Open Hand Block to the middle
in back stance;
2) Middle Open Hand Block to front middle -
Right foot steps into Back Stance, Middle
Open Hand Block with right arm;
3) Middle Open Hand Block to front middle -
Left foot steps into Back Stance, Middle
Open Hand Block with left arm;
4) Spear Hand Strike to front middle - Right
foot steps into Front Stance, Spear
Hand Strike with right hand (Ki Hap);

RIGHT SIDE: 1) Middle Open Hand Block to left
side - Rear left leg steps to the side into
Back Stance; Middle Open Hand Block w/
left hand;
2) Middle Open Hand Block at 45 deg.
towards right rear - Step with right foot into
a Back Stance at a 45 deg. angle towards
the rear middle; Middle Open Block
w/ right hand;

2c) Back hand Inside Block - with the back
left hand;
3a) Front Kick with the back foot and
set in front in Front Stance;
3b) Back hand Inside Block - with the back
right hand;
4) Two-Fist Inside Block - Step with right foot
into a Front Stance and Two-Fist Inside
Block with your right arm;
